ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)<\/p>\n

Triathlon Qu\u00e9bec’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, July 14 at 7:00 p.m. via videoconference – Zoom.<\/p>\n

All Triathlon Qu\u00e9bec members are invited. It’s an opportunity for you to meet the Triathlon Qu\u00e9bec team and Board of Directors, and learn about the federation’s accomplishments over the past year. <\/p>\n

  • Appointment of Chairman and Secretary<\/li>\n
  • Reading and adoption of the agenda<\/li>\n
  • Reading and Approval of the Minutes of the Last Annual General Meeting<\/li>\n
  • Filing and presentation of the Chairman’s report<\/li>\n
  • Treasurer’s report<\/li>\n
  • Filing and presentation of 2021 financial statements<\/li>\n
  • Appointment of auditor for the coming year<\/li>\n
  • Committee reports<\/li>\n
  • Election of directors<\/li>\n
  • Adjournment<\/li>\n
  • New business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Elections to the Board of Directors<\/h3>\n

    The Board of Directors of the Corporation is composed of seven (7) persons:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • president<\/li>\n
    • vice-president<\/li>\n
    • secretary<\/li>\n
    • treasurer<\/li>\n
    • three (3) directors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Directors of the Corporation are elected for a two (2)-year term by the delegates of members in good standing present at the Annual General Meeting. Four are elected in odd-numbered years and three in even-numbered years. <\/p>\n

      The Chairman, Secretary, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer are elected by and from among the directors.<\/p>\n

      The terms of three of the current Board positions have expired:<\/p>\n

        Nominations for election to these positions must be received by the Secretariat of the Corporation, signed by the officer of a club in good standing, before June 21, 2021. Nominations will be forwarded to members no later than July 4, 2021. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
