They are identified as members of the squad and issue instructions and penalties as required. They carry a blue card, a whistle and a radio. Once selected, they must complete the online training modules on cycling ethics and competition rules. All members of the cycling squad will undergo a criminal record check. This check is done at Triathlon Qu\u00e9bec&#8217;s expense.
