as Director of Finance and Administration at the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Throughout his career, he has also held positions with Disney, Bombardier, Quebecor World, Element Financial Corporation, and AECOM.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A passionate endurance athlete, Charles participates each year in a variety of events, including cycling races, half marathons, sprint triathlons, Olympic-distance triathlons, and IRONMAN 70.3 races.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Since 2018, Charles has served on the Board of Directors of Triathlon Qu\u00e9bec, where he has held the role of Treasurer. He is also actively involved with the Triathlon Rive-Sud club as both an athlete and a volunteer, serving as President and Treasurer.<\/p>\n<p>Charles played a key role in developing the club's junior program, which now welcomes approximately 50 young athletes. She has participated in several short-distance events (sprint and Olympic distance) as well as a few 70.3 races since then.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A graduate of Universit\u00e9 Laval in Qu\u00e9bec City, M\u00e9lanie holds a Bachelor of Laws (2008) and a Graduate Diploma in Notarial Law (2009). Since the beginning of her practice, she has had the opportunity to work with vulnerable individuals and families. She has also been involved with various community organizations, delivering presentations on topics such as caregiving, matrimonial regimes, estates, wills, and protection mandates.<\/p>\n<p>Her passion for sport and her commitment to raising awareness among athletes of all levels make her a board member who is attentive to the needs of the community. With over 30 years' experience in management and strategic consulting for financial institutions, communications agencies and consulting firms, Georges has demonstrated his ability to take on complex mandates thanks to his leadership, vision and expertise in strategic planning, product development, marketing and public relations.
