One-day regional camps are held in different cities before the start of the competition season. They contribute to regional development by bringing together athletes and coaches from the same area.

This camp is open to athletes from the following regions: Lac St-Louis, Montreal, Bourassa, Lanaudière, Laurentides, Laval, South Shore

Camp participation is encouraged for U13, U15 and junior athletes who wish to take part in regional events and/or the Quebec Cup circuit.

Participation in this camp is also one of the criteria for obtaining “espoir” identification status and qualifying for the 2025 Quebec Games finals.

A typical camp day starts around 9:00 am and ends at 4:30 pm. The detailed schedule for your camp will follow in the days leading up to it.
