The Desjardins Healthy Lifestyle Festival is a sporting event for all, promoting healthy lifestyle habits through sport. Experienced athletes through to families with strollers are invited to participate to outdo themselves and encourage physical activity. Participants can be as young as 4 years old. The beauty of the landscape and Lake Témiscamingue, located in Ville-Marie, make for a natural and invigorating experience.
